Install Roblox and launch a game on your computer
From the official game page to Roblox Player.
What to know #
Open the official Roblox website, sign in and select Play on a game page. If Player is missing, the site offers installation. Our suggestion is to start from your chosen game’s page so that you can tell which step has finished and which remains.
Try it in practice #
After installation, return to the page and launch again. Your browser may ask which application should open the link; choose Roblox. Distinguish this system prompt from an error inside the game. If launch stops, note whether you see an installer download, a browser prompt or a Player message.
Check the result #
Try one game, then another. A problem everywhere may concern the app or device; a problem in one game deserves its name and exact error message. This is editorial troubleshooting advice, not a guaranteed diagnosis. Player is for playing; Studio is for creating projects.
